Dalian Jinhaolong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a privately owned company with 20 years of experience in steel castings for fluid machinery. We provide casting, machining, and pattern design and manufacturing services. Established in March 2004, the company occupies a 30,000 m² site and employs more than 200 people, including over 30 technical and quality personnel.

Our annual casting production capacity is 5,000 tonnes, with a current sustainable output of 2,500 tonnes per year. Using the alkaline phenolic resin sand casting process, multiple medium-frequency induction furnaces, and AOD refining equipment, we manufacture a wide range of steel castings with finished weights below 20 tonnes per piece.

Our in-house workshops manufacture wooden and aluminum pattern blanks and provide pattern repair and storage management. More than 800 pattern sets are kept on hand for rapid selection and use, helping significantly shorten new product development lead times.

Three resin sand lines of 15 t, 25 t and 30 t, with low emissions. The sand keeps its plasticity at high temperature, which greatly reduces the hot-tearing tendency of steel castings and delivers a good surface finish, a high rate of sand reclamation and a very stable process.

Alkaline Phenolic Resin Sand Casting

Multiple medium-frequency induction furnaces and AOD refining equipment support batch production of a wide range of steel castings weighing below 20 tonnes per piece. Our resin sand molding process ensures dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
